Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨
Because your time — and mine — is sacred.
At my studio, each service is prepared with intention, energy, and care. To honor the space I create for every client, a card on file is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless this policy is violated.
If you prefer not to leave a card on file, I offer an alternative option:
A 50% non-refundable deposit based on your chosen service. This deposit holds your appointment and may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the required notice period.

🌙 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Because each appointment is crafted specifically for you, any changes must be made 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee, charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit.

🌑 No-Shows
A no-show disrupts the flow of my day and prevents another client from receiving care.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Any deposits WILL NOT be refunded.
This fee must be settled before a new appointment can be booked.

🌟 Frequent Rescheduling
If appointments are rescheduled more than twice, I may require a 50% deposit or full prepayment for future visits to secure your spot.

💫 Direct Bookings
This policy applies to all clients, including those who book with me personally instead of through my online system.
If a cancellation fee is owed, it must be paid before any future appointment can be made.
